This course has been developed to train thoracoscopy assistants and is now in its tenth year. The course covers the basics of thoracoscopy and includes sessions on pre-procedure care, monitoring and post-procedure care. There will be lectures, small group work and a strong practical element. By far the best course I have attended. Much appreciated the clinical information and case presentations.

Thank you very much for the supportive materials

Very helpful and well run day

Overall very useful and informative course – will recommend to other staff in the unit.

Excellent informative day. Very useful – learned a lot. I am sure the CD will be very useful

Our thoracoscopy ward is starting thoracoscopies this month, so the course has covered all material needed for me to be the nursing assistant

I have really enjoyed this day and learnt a lot. I feel I have taken a lot of information away from the day

Very friendly and approachable

The whole day was run very well, I found it very informative. All questions/answers covered
