Just registered, but can’t log in?
You must activate your account first. When you register, you will be sent an activation email. Check your spam folder. If you can’t find anything, please click here to resend the activation link.
Forgotten your password?
This can be reset from the login screen. You will receive an email with a link.
Can’t access the members’ area?
This area is only accessible to subscribing members (ie those paying a subscription fee). If you’ve registered, but haven’t yet paid a fee, you can do this from the link on the members’ area menu.
Can’t submit an abstract?
You do need to be registered with the site to submit an abstract. You don’t need to be a subscribing member.
Can’t see the member’s discount for events?
You must be logged in for this to be displayed, and you must be a subscribing member.
