Events in 2020
At the present time (8 June), we’re still planning on running both the Thoracoscopy Course and Assistants Course in September. Please sign up for these via the website. We’ll make a decision in early August as to whether these remain viable with respect to numbers and social constraints. We’re hoping to re-run our online seminar…

Updated guidance on pleural procedures during Covid-19
British Thoracic Society has updated its guidance on pleural procedures during the current Covid-19 emergency. Several changes have been made, including to PPE requirements for various procedures. We’re still intending to run our hands-on courses in September. We’re still taking bookings for these, so please do sign up. The Pleural Research Day is still under review. We will update via the website, email and twitter when we know more.
