We are pleased to announce that UKPS Research Conference 2026 will be held on 25 & 26 June 2026 in Oxford.  We are encouraging face-to-face attendance this year, although a virtual option will be made available in due course.

If you are a member, please log in before booking a place to benefit from a discounted price.

We will send updates about the Conference through our mailing list. Membership emails will be sent through a separate list. (This is also by ‘double-opt-in’ at registration).

 

Once again we would like to invite researchers to submit their scientific work presenting original research. (Submissions which have been recently presented at other conferences/events will also be accepted).

Abstracts will be reviewed and selected for oral or poster presentation.  Winners will be selected and prizes awarded on the day.

Submission guidelines:

  • Abstracts should be submitted in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling
  • Your abstract should be no more than 250 words (in the abstract body) excluding the title
  • The title of the abstract should introduce the hypothesis that is being tested
  • You should include the following sections:
  • Introduction – outline the background to the research and why this research is important
  • Methods – how was your data generated
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • References should be included
  • One table and one figure can be submitted
  • Conflict of interest should be declared

Deadline for submissions is 17th May 2026. Those who will be selected to present will be invited to attend free of charge on the day of the presentation (25 June 2026).
