The lawful basis under which we hold your data is: Consent The reason we use this basis: You have agreed that UK Pleural Society may hold your data We process your information in the following ways: We hold your data for the purposes of maintaining a membership register and for contacting you. Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. You may view or delete all your data at any time by logging in to the manage account area. Sharing your information: We do share your personal information with third parties. They include: payment processors (Paypal and Stripe) for the purposes of processing any payment, Mailchimp to maintain a mailing list, and Mailgun to send emails from the website. We also use Google analytics to collect high-level information such as the number of website users and their location. If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required.
